She started with no degree and no prior experience.
Coach Di, whose full name is Deanne Tabios, did not begin her career with a business degree or years of agency experience. She started as a virtual assistant with none of that, and built her career from zero, one client and one result at a time.
That is exactly why VA Newbies International exists. Coach Di knows what it feels like to start with nothing to point to, and she built a program to guide beginners through that same starting point, step by step.
Why "Newbies?"
The name is the philosophy. VA Newbies International was built on the belief that no prior experience is required to start. Members do not need a portfolio, a niche, or a background in the industry. They need a structured place to begin, real training, and a path to real clients. Coach Di designed the program around that exact starting line, because that is the line she once stood on herself.

VANI trains members from zero and connects them with real international clients. Coach Di has more than 9 years of experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance, has trained more than 350 virtual assistants, and has worked with more than 100 clients worldwide.
